The Othello Syndrome Opens Tomorrow at Theatre’s Cool!
In “The Othello Syndrome,” two strangers meet for the first time. Their interaction reflects the views of prejudice that every human being has encountered in their lives. The two dare to speak their minds and say what most of us are afraid to say, even though we may think it. Throughout the play, the audience is given a glimpse into the lives of the two strangers in the midst of a national tragedy and we see what makes them who they are and perhaps a glimpse of who we are.
The production, produced by Treefinger Productions, in association with Theatrescool, written anddirected by Jason A. Vales, features actors Jason Davis, Rana Kunkar, Bridgette Richards and Nathan Bottorff.
Performances will be at Theatrescool (403 N. Main Street in downtown Bloomingon) on November 1st, 7th, 8th and 14th at 8pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
